Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Creator Wellness. We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and delivery policies.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days upon receipt.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Fridays after 12 pm EST, weekends, or holidays.
  • During peak periods, there might be a slight delay in shipment. If such a situation arises, we will inform you through email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • The shipping cost is determined by the shipping carrier based on the total item weight and delivery location.
  • Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the continental US at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. However, please note that certain orders may not receive a tracking number depending on the shipping software system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to their orders during or after shipping.
  • Any fees imposed by the shipping carrier are the customer's responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other related costs.

Damages during Shipping:

  • We take great care in packaging your products, but Creator Wellness is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the shipment carrier immediately. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

  • We verify the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure its validity with USPS.
  • In case we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you for an updated address. If unable to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  • Creator Wellness will not be responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:

  • If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier reports it as delivered, please inform us immediately through our contact information.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier, involving local law enforcement if necessary.
  • Once the investigation is complete (up to 21 days), we will replace or refund your order accordingly.
